Vice President/Practice Lead, K2 Apartment Group
The K2 Apartment Group is a real estate practice vertical, part of the K2 Real Estate Group and the K2 Commercial Group, that is solely focused on servicing small to medium-sized investors, groups and organizations who own or are looking to acquire multi-residential properties.
As the Vice President and Practice Lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and driving the business and culture of this hyper-focused practice group. The position offers a unique opportunity for an experienced Broker/Salesperson who wants to lead their own practice group and benefit from scaling this business. We are looking for a leader who will be committed to this practice group and whose work ethic will be an inspiration to those they lead. This is very much a “From the Ground Up” opportunity that will be supported with guidance and resources.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage multi-residential transactions from inception to completion, ensuring
- successful outcomes for all parties involved.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to maximize property value and investment returns.
- Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify new opportunities and mitigate risks.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and industry partners.
- Stay abreast of market trends, regulations, and emerging technologies to inform decision-making and drive innovation.
- Expand the practice group with new strategic hires that will support the business group in both transactional and administrative areas.
- Develop growth-oriented business plans that focus on existing client development, new client acquisitions, financials and operating expense goals/targets and strategic hires
Qualifications
- Current RECO License
- 5+ years of transactional experience in multi-residential properties
- Preference will be given to candidates who have an undergraduate degree and Masters
- Strong financial acumen and analytical skills, with the ability to evaluate investment opportunities and assess risk.
- Detail-oriented with a results-driven mindset and a passion for excellence.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
