Ian is a seasoned and accomplished commercial real estate professional with over 19 years of transactional experience with a specific focus on commercial/investment dispositions and acquisitions with the City of Toronto and Mississauga, along with industrial and retail leasing.
Ian has represented manufacturing companies, retailers, industrial and retail landlords and investors.
Ian has an MBA from the University of Toronto Rotman School of Management and a specialist Degree in Economics from the University of Toronto
Ian is a consistent award winner having achieved the company Chairman’s Award, Royal Diamond, Diamond, Director’s Platinum, Presidents Gold Award and the Award of Excellence.

John Morrison is a multi-award-winning commercial real estate sales specialist. His focus is on the disposition of commercial properties, almost exclusisvely infill sites and redevelopment land, through the GTA.
Mr. Morrison has completed transactions for numerous governmental agencies, non-profit organizations, School Boards, Colleges, and religious groups. For instance, the Toronto Catholic District School Board, the Toronto District School Board, Go Transit, the City of Toronto, the Ontario Realty Corporation, the Anglican Diocese of Toronto, Sheridan college, the Family Services Association of Toronto, Ontario Power Generation, Canada Lands, various church groups, and the Royal Canadian Legion.
He has also completed transactions for numerous Financial Institutions, receviers, major corporations, and private owners. Including, the Bank of Nova Scotia, TD bank, KPMG, the Co-operators Insurance, Manulife, Zurich life, MCAP, Effort Trust, Ernst & Young, the Royal Bank, Mega International Commercial Bank (Canada) Richter & Partners, among others.

Alan Bone began his Commercial Real Estate career in 1979 and progressed to Broker in 1982. He joined Royal LePage from a major competitor in 1994. Concentrating on the sale and lease of industrial/office properties in the North East Greater Toronto Area, he developed a proven track record as a strong, results-oriented negotiator.
By specializing in the lease and sale of the smaller (under 50,000 sq. ft.) user/investor buildings and units, Alan has carved a niche to which few can compare.
Over a 45+ year period, Alan has been involved in more than 3,500 lease and sale transactions. As a result of the number of transactions he has been involved in, Alan has dealt with all aspects of our industry and most landlord/tenant and vendor/purchaser marketing and negotiations. Throughout his career, he has maintained a standard of excellence, achieving the annually awarded status of “Top Three Performer” no less than ten times.

Christopher’s attention to detail, client centric approach and honed negotiation skills have continued to help him successfully service and support his clients over the years.
Christopher has an undergraduate degree in education from Macquarie University along with a law degree from the University of Sydney.
